Before I coached senior leaders, I was one.
I have spent twenty-one years in human resources, the last fifteen years in senior leadership including five years as a Board-level People Director in the NHS.
I know the weight of accountability, the politics, and the personal toll of carrying responsibility for people and outcomes. I also know something of what it means to navigate spaces not designed for you which is why equity is not just a value I hold. It is something I act on structurally in the way I run my practice.
Today I channel my lived experience into my coaching working with senior women leaders, those stepping into executive roles, and leaders who face barriers to leadership.
I am a Fellow of the CIPD (FCIPD) and also completing my Triple Accredited Professional Coaching Diploma (International Coaching Federation Level 2, European Mentoring and Coaching Council and Association of Coaching) with Optimus Coach Academy (October 2026), working to high professional standards with full supervision throughout.
My leadership philosophy
A world where leadership is accessible to all and is enriched by the diversity of those who step into it.
I believe leadership belongs to everyone, not only the loudest voices or those who were told they were the right fit. Leadership grows in all of us, in our lived experiences, our resilience and the unique perspectives we carry.
But stepping into your potential is rarely straightforward. The higher you rise, the lonelier it can feel. Pressure clouds clarity. Scrutiny shakes confidence. And for many, the barriers are not always internal - they are structural, cultural and systemic.
Every leader deserves a confidential thinking space and the tools to lead with clarity, confidence and impact as themselves.
